Help support research to stop this terrible disease. Last year over 1.3 million new cancers were diagnosed in the US. According to the American Cancer Society, more than 50,000 of the 1.3 million were diagnosed with kidney cancer. 

Heidi is raising money by running in a marathon. Help support her cause.

The Dam Hill run is behind us. We did it. Spring is definitely here - warm weather we're ready for you. There are plenty of races to keep in mind. The St Paul Saints 5K next weekend, the Trail Mix and Get Into Gear. Don't forget these spring favorites.

Also, we have some fun runs. Next weekend is the Run N Fun run 8:00 AM at the store. We'll have a discount day at the store after the run. Don't miss out!
